Tauranga Boy's College Reunion 2008

I had toyed with the idea of attending but decided against it and thought I would explore if the special website was open to having photos contributed for a gallery of 'Old Boys'. The website contact section only had phone numbers so I rang one and was given an email address of Steven to which I sent the following message on 22 October to steven@tw.co.nz ....
"Hello Steven, I was wondering if the reunion committee were interested in photos of 'old boys'. I met up with an old TBC mate in England when I was over there in August and was thinking there might be section on the Reunion Website for a gallery of faces from the past".
There being no reply at this point I thought I would scan my own photos and post them myself. After scanning on the Sunday night of the Reunion Weekend and before posting I saw the Bay of Plenty Times on-line edition and saw this article, Jeff's proud to be an old boy.
When I met up with John in England I found he still had a copy of the portrait I had done of him at Adrian Orr's Renwood Studios in Devonport Road - my guess in 1965. We obviously had swopped places and I posed with John clicking the shutter. That was then, and for the now, or 16 August 2008, a shot of the posers together in the UK.
